Southwest Properties, a prominent local developer and property manager, approached us to help in the design of a soon to be built apartment complex in the city. The original design called for a similar building to one built nearby over a decade ago. Southwest wanted a refreshed and contemporary look, with inspiration from industrial lofts and the neighbouring grain elevators. We re-envisioned the building envelope, the interior layout {of the entire floor plan and of each individual unit) as well as choosing materials, developing layout and design of common spaces and creating the building's branded identity.
